The Return Of Tiger

It’s been a while since I’ve posted some PGA Tiger news, now is definitely a good time to do so. I definitely wish I was playing hooky at work tomorrow because at 11:06 ET, one of the most anticipated threesomes will tee off at Torrey Pines. Tiger Woods, Phil Mickelson, and Adam Scott are paired together for tomorrow’s major. Much speculation exists as to whether or not Tiger will be able to come off the injury and dominate right away. That is going to be the biggest question heading into the open.

This week Tiger has shot two 9-hole rounds to familiarize himself with the course, and has acknowledged that the knee is “a little sore”. Another thing to consider is that Tiger has not walked a full 18 since Augusta. It’s such a coin flip between Tiger’s dominance, especially at Torrey Pines, and the many questions surrounding the injury.

In addition to our normal talk of Tiger Woods 08 & anticipation of Tiger Woods 09, there will be future posts in regards to fantasy golf throughout the year as well. Including my thoughts on who to start (Yahoo League) and why I think they should start. I will also be sharing how I’m progressing in the league this year.
